They’ve written stuff about me..
Vogue, ELLE, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, InStyle, Grazia, Stylist, Glamour, Essence, Allure, Red Magazine, Sunday Times Style, Nylon, Time Out, The Huffington Post, Metro, Evening Standard, Refinery29, Black Hair Magazine, Buzzfeed, etc.
Hi, I’m Freddie Harrel. And this is me, briefly.
(as in the less brief version is here)
I’m Cameroonian. I’m also born and raised French, I’ve been living in London for almost a decade, and majority of my online tribe is US-based soo.. That’s for the citizenship, although my passport only says French.
I talk a lot, I love telling stories, I love feelings. So I’ve been talking about all of this whilst sporting printed suits and bold prints on my blog and Instagram since summer 2013.
Although I hate the term, they’ve put it on a gorgeous stone standing on our fireplace now, so I’m sadly less reluctant to use it. I am Cosmopolitan’s Influencer of the Year 2018.
I used to host confidence workshops, SHE Unleashed, but that turned more into public speaking now, so you can often find me, talking of course, on my own or on panels.
Before all of that, I was a digital strategist, but I made it fashion with stunts at ASOS, Vestiaire Collective, and Topshop.
On top of Influencing away, I’m also a startup founder, and my baby is called RadSwan (I have another baby, a real one, the legendary Hugo Harrel).
It used to be Big Hair No Care, but we’re coming back as the best version of ourselves, RadSwan: the conscious beauty brand built with, and for the global African diaspora.
We’re currently part of the Founders Factory Accelerator, and word on the street is you’re not ready for our relaunch this Autumn/Fall 19’.
Much love,
Freddie
and since we’re showing off..
