KHALEESI, SUPERHEROES & GAZELLES
You’ll have to excuse the noise on these pictures which is in no way the result of some kind of post Walden filter edit. This is not Instagram here. It’s rain. See how we work here? We’re ready to deliver some fresh fashion content right to your screen, comes rain or shine. That’s how dedicated we are and that’s how blessed you are, for meeting such devoted people.
Attitude set aside, I think told you previously how into grey I was this season ! Now if you’re going to add a coat of metallic on a pleated skirt, you know I’m going to swipe my
credit debit card straight away. I soooo had to jump on that skirt the second I saw it, I adore the silver shine – as if it was some kind of armor, an updated version of the Game of Thrones attire (Watch out Hollywood, I’m coming for ya) tailored for my bonkers mind. And don’t make fun of me for being such a wanker, because at least I’m being upfront about it!
But how easily can you ruin this whole badass medieval outfit with the wrong top?!
The high neck top with its squares looks like the shield which completes my outfit and both pieces together give that sort of triangular shape I love, cause I’m definitely not square (it didn’t make me laugh either).
When I tell people that I wake up in the morning and ask myself who I want to be for the day and use my clothes to design my superhero of the day costume, they probably think that it’s some kind of social media ready bullshit I come up with just to attract attention but I mean every word of it. I’m coming after you Khaleesi and that’s what.
I obviously threw a pair of red trainers in the mix because:
1) you can’t easily find pointy iron boots online (haven’t tried eBay though, but people selling these might be slightly weird. The weird kind of weird)
2) trainers are much more comfortable to go around London in and
3) these are the famous 90s Adidas Gazelle and I like to think of myself as a gazelle too.
