CONFIDENCE KICK | WHY YOU NEED TO BRAG MORE!

Happy Monday you cool thing!

If you haven’t warmed up to what was, I’ll give that to you, a lame greeting, you might be having one of those days. You know those days when everything feels a bit like ‘umphh’ (do you get that sound?)

I know I have these days, but I also have those where my confidence has gone AWOL, everything feels like too much, and I feel like not enough. And when I do, I know how I can easily make myself feel worse, we’ve all been guilty of slagging ourselves off, A LOT.

I sometimes feel not capable enough, not smart enough, not beautiful enough (you ought to see the state of my eyebrows and this missing tooth you, actually, can’t miss on the video below), you could follow me with a sign saying “Freddie you’re the absolute bollocks”, and I won’t believe you.

I hate these days, they are a waste of my time, a waste of my energy, and a waste of my hate: what’s the point of sending so much hate my way when Trump is on TV almost begging for it?!

So I have a quick fix for you: mantras! It’s all in the video below, have a quick watch when you have a moment, by the bus stop on your way to work, on your way to get lunch – it’s a quick, but great fix! (it’s only 3mns)

If you like it, thumb up the video, subscribe to the channel because I’m going to post 2 videos a week! One Confidence Kick, and one How To Style ☺

But it’s much more fun face-to-face, so make sure to book a seat to the next workshop!

Lots of love,

Freddie x

Have you booked your workshop seat yet?

I love your message and your gorgeous attitude ! You really sparkle (it’s not just your eye shadow ) I have recently come through an anxious time where I learned I was feeding my brain negative statements for years. It’s funny how quickly you normalise this kind of self talk. Well thankfully I’m out the other side now and if a negative thought starts to form I just push it away before it can finish forming. It really works. I do think treating yourself is so important too, whether it’s a new lipstick or a facial, you deserve gifts to yourself. I do think styling yourself playfully can change your day too. I had lost that creativity for a while but now it’s back and it does really help me to feel more joyful on a challenging day.

I’m going to definitely try your mantra idea. Thanks so much Freddie ! xx

You’re absolutely welcome my darling! I’m so pleased I could help! It’s definitely so easy to feed our brain with only negative things, until it believes it! Let’s try the contrary and watch how we bloom 😀 HELLOOOOOOOO !!! xxx
